SHIPPING
We keep it fresh and sustainable, so some of our fly gear is made-to-order. That means your drip might need a hot minute to get processed, usually around 2-3 days, depending on the design. Once we’ve got it locked in, we’ll send it your way with the shipping method you picked at checkout. If you went with Standard shipping, expect it to roll out at the usual speed right after we’ve worked our magic. Keep it cool, and your swag will be on the way!

RETURNS
For all the deets, head to rawfootageclothing/returns, but here’s the lowdown: You’ve got 15 days from delivery to send your gear back, and it’s gotta be in the same fresh condition it rolled in with—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all the tags still poppin’. And watch out for makeup or deodorant on those tops and dresses! Custom items? They’re a done deal, no take-backs.
Got something marked FINAL SALE? That’s a steal, but it’s yours for keeps—no refunds, no store credit.
Returns get processed within 5-7 business days once we get your package, and you’ll score store credit in the form of a Raw Footage Clothing gift card or a refund, depending on how you paid. Want your store credit quicker? Use our prepaid return label in the Returns Portal!
Heads up: If you’re sending back multiple orders in one package, it’ll take us a little longer to process. And remember, no credit for non-eligible items—so double-check before you send!
We don’t do exchanges, but no worries! You can return your item(s) by mail using our online returns portal, as long as it’s within our Return Policy. Once that’s done, you can cop any available item(s) on our site and keep your style fresh.
We keep it real and reserve the right to set the rules when it comes to returns. We might limit, refuse, or reject returns if we spot:
A pattern of excessive returns that screams “wardrobing” (you know who you are),
Returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing pieces, or

Our eco-friendly, water-based inks are OEKO-Tex® certified, so they're safe for you and the planet. These inks give you sharp colors that pop and stand up to laundry days, detergent, and even those pesky zippers—so your gear stays fresh, wash after wash!
Nah, our prints are built to last! We use Brother's eco-friendly Innobella Textile water-based ink, which has high wash durability (AATCC level 4 certified) and a wide, vibrant color spectrum. Plus, it's got the ECO PASSPORT certification from OEKO-TEX®, so you know it's legit. Under normal wear and wash, you won’t see much fading. At most, you might notice a little fading after the first wash, but that’s a one-time thing—it’s all good after that!
